This lunchtime I shelled out £35 for a haircut that is an only slightly sleeker version of the one my mum gave me when I was six years old.

The more things change, the more they stay the same.
It's probably worth the thirty five quid not to have the wonky fringe though, and I'm not frightened of going to the hairdressers any more so, sometimes, progress is made.
